* Watch videos in 2x/3x speed (it takes some time to get used to).
  * `Shift + >` increase playback speed (`Shift + <` to decrease); max 2x speed.

* Don't rely on youtube's algorithm.
  * When searching for a certain topic, find an online community and see what they recommend.
* Don't turn youtube into TV (have a purpose on being on the site).
* Other useful shortcuts
  * `k` to pause/play
  * `f` for full screen
  * `l` go forward 10 seconds (`Right arrow` for 5s)
  * `j` go back 10 seconds (`Left arrow` for 5s)
  * `Up/Down arrow` for volume control
